Arthur Rozzi Pyrotechnics and Queen City Pyrotechnics  offer a one-day pyrotechnic training seminar for private individuals, firefighters, and local officials who are interested in qualifying as certified pyrotechnicians. Many of our graduates join the network of shooting crews who set up and run our fireworks displays all over the country. The class will consist of both classroom coursework and practical show experience.  The classroom portion will have an emphasis transportation and safety.  The curriculum will include ORC 3743, OAC 1301:7-7-56, NFPA 1123, 1126 and 160, and all DOT and ATF requirements for the safe transportation, storage and handling of Fireworks. We will also have live training and demonstrations of the set up and firing of fireworks displays where you will learn about show set up as well as electrical and computer firing methods. This class fulfills the Ohio State Fire Marshals continuing education training requirement for current licensed shooters and will qualify you to get an Ohio shooters license and/or be an assistant shooter.
